How do I claim my listing?
Find your salon in the directory and click "Claim this listing" on the page, or head to our owner page and enter your business name. We email a verification link, you set a password, and you're in your dashboard. Most claims are approved within one business day.
Can I switch tiers?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge the difference pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep everything you paid for until then.
Is there a per-photo or per-AI-draft fee?
No. Featured includes up to 12 photos plus a hero image, 50 Instagram caption drafts per month, and 20 ad-copy campaigns per month. Concierge call overages (above 150 calls/month) are billed at $2 per call.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listing stays live forever as a Free listing — you don't lose your spot in the directory. You lose the dashboard, marketing AI tools, and the editorial enhancements when the paid period ends. We refund any full unused months pro-rated.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any tier. Concierge includes phone setup at no charge — we handle the call forwarding and calendar integration on a short onboarding call.
What's the trial period?
Featured: first month free. We take a card at signup and charge on day 31 unless you cancel — no surprises. Concierge: one-week free trial of the phone receptionist, setup included, walk away anytime in that week at no charge.
